Screenshot to Form
Have an existing form in a screenshot, PDF, or mockup? Formcierge can analyse the image and recreate it as a fully editable form. This is especially useful when migrating from another tool or working from a designer's mockup.
Open the AI panel by clicking the AI ✦ button. At the top of the panel, switch from Chat to Screenshot.
Click Upload image or drag a PNG, JPG, or WebP file into the upload area. Images up to 5 MB are supported. The AI processes the image and identifies all visible form fields, labels, placeholders, and layout structure.
The AI lists the detected fields with its best guess for each field type. Check the list and use the chat to correct anything it got wrong.
Click Apply to Form. The fields are added to the canvas with the types, labels, and placeholders the AI detected from the image.
Screenshot-to-form works best on clean screenshots with clear field labels. For complex multi-column layouts, you may need to manually adjust the column structure after applying — the AI focuses on fields, not pixel-perfect layout.
