Installation Guide

System Requirements

• WordPress 6.0 or later
• PHP 7.4 or later (PHP 8.1+ recommended)
• MySQL 5.7 or MariaDB 10.3

Installation Steps

1. Download the formcierge.zip file from your account at formcierge.com.
2. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
3. Choose the ZIP file and click Install Now.
4. Once installed, click Activate Plugin.
5. Go to Formcierge > Settings > License and enter your license key.

Network / Multisite Activation

Formcierge can be network-activated on WordPress Multisite. When network-activated, each site in the network operates with its own independent forms and entries. The license key is entered once at the network admin level.

Updating

With an active Pro license, Formcierge receives automatic update notifications in the WordPress admin. Updates are delivered via the Formcierge update server and can be applied with one click, just like any other plugin.
