Locating Your License Key

After purchasing Formcierge Pro, your license key is available in two places:

  • The order confirmation email sent to your purchase address
  • Your account dashboard at formcierge.com under My Licenses

Activating Your License

  1. In your WordPress admin, go to Formcierge > Settings > License.
  2. Paste your license key into the input field.
  3. Click Activate License.
  4. A green “Active” badge confirms successful activation.

Activation Limits

Each license tier allows a specific number of simultaneous site activations:

  • Pro — Single Site: 1 active site
  • Pro — Agency: up to 10 active sites

To move a license to a new site, deactivate it first from the old site’s License settings page.

Troubleshooting

If activation fails, check:

  • Your server can make outbound HTTPS requests to api.formcierge.com
  • The license key is entered without extra spaces
  • You have not exceeded your activation limit
